Vermont Green FC announced today that goalkeeper coach Ben Wölfinger has departed the club, and will join Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany, where he will work with the Champions League club’s U17 goalkeepers.
Ben Wölfinger joined the club in 2025 and has been an integral part of Chris Taylor’s staff, helping the club to an unbeaten 5-0-1 start in USL League Two.
“We are incredibly grateful for Ben, his passion, and his outstanding work for our club this season.” said Head Coach Chris Taylor. “Moves like this are bittersweet because we lose such a talent, but they also are a part of the club we want to build, one that can help propel players and coaches into big roles in the football world.
