Former Vermont Green FC player Brina Micheels has signed a professional contract with Dimas Escazú in Costa Rica.
A native of Plattsburgh, NY, Michaeels played in the 2024 and 2025 Women’s Exhibition Matches, featuring in all three matches for Head Coach Sam Mewis. Micheels provided the assist on the gamewinning goal against AS Blainville on June 14, 2025.
The creative attacking midfielder, known for her dribbling, passing, and technical ability, played NCAA Division 1 soccer at Seton Hall and Western Kentucky University.
