USL League Two announced today that the Vermont Green vs Boston Bolts match, originally scheduled for Wednesday, July 10th at 7pm, has been canceled and will not be rescheduled.

Both clubs and the league office made the difficult decision to try to wait through the storm, honoring the request of the league, because rescheduling was not an option due to our proximity to the end of the regular season.

The league has communicated that this match will end in a “No Contest”, and Vermont Green FC will play one fewer match this season, a total of 13 matches.

Vermont Green FC can qualify for the USL League Two Playoffs with a win against Western Mass Pioneers on Saturday night in the regular season finale in Ludlow, MA.

If you purchased tickets to the July 10th match at Virtue Field, you will soon receive an email with your ticketing options.

We apologize to our fans and community for this unfortunate cancellation of one of our home matches. We are incredibly grateful for the unwavering support of our fans all season long.

We will now turn our attention locally to supporting our neighbors, who are once again enduring the impact of flooding in Vermont.
